Chief Operating Officer
Sandy brings over 30 years of experience, with more than 25 years in consulting leadership roles managing business transformation, enterprise architecture, I&IT planning, solution delivery, information management, business intelligence, performance management, and business improvement. As a practice leader in enterprise architecture, planning, and transformation methods, Sandy has developed or contributed to KPMG’s methods and tools for many of these disciplines.
Sandy’s expertise centers on alignment and integration—both from the business process perspective (aligning services, processes, organization designs, and accountabilities) and from the technical perspective (focusing on data integration and system interoperability). He focuses on applying the right methods and tools to deliver strategic business results.
Sandy has extensive experience with architecture and modeling methods including capability modeling, service modeling, process modeling (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and data modeling. He has developed, implemented, and trained teams in the use of architecture and modeling methods and tools.

Chief Technology Officer
Alonso leads our technology architecture practice. He is a senior enterprise architect and IT transformation strategist with a career spanning public utilities, government modernization, and private sector innovation. He leads complex initiatives that integrate business strategy, IT modernization, and operational excellence to drive measurable value.
With deep expertise in target operating model design, stakeholder alignment, and technology implementation, Alonso delivers end-to-end solutions that enable sustainable growth and digital agility. His work ranges from restructuring national insurance systems to designing the technology, networks, and processes for self-sufficient smart villages in emerging markets. He has delivered projects for clients in North America (US and Canada), Central America (Panama), South America (Venezuela and Colombia), and the Caribbean (Puerto Rico, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominican Republic).
A results-driven advisor, he combines enterprise-grade methodologies with hands-on experience in AI, data analytics, and secure digital platforms. His mission: to architect bold, adaptive futures—one transformation at a time.
As CTO, Alonso is responsible for the successful planning, design, security, implementation, and operation of proposed solutions.

Mohamed heads our Program Management office, ensuring seamless execution of all projects. His expertise lies in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across the retail, technology, oil and gas, and educational sectors. With over 30 years of experience in financial management and operations across multiple organizations, he brings unique practical expertise in making plans and business cases realistic and attainable.
Mohamed’s financial background ensures that our recommendations are grounded in fiscal reality—understanding the constraints and opportunities that public sector organizations navigate daily.
